KEYHOLDING |
KeyholdingThis option is available if you want us to “hold the fort” for a short term if you won’t be available e.g. going on holiday. We shall gladly act as agent for you by dealing with any issues, should they arise. We will keep the keys secure and, as you wish, either hold of the phone(s) that tenants usually contact you on, have your calls diverted to us or inform your tenants in advance of our contact numbers for the time that you are unavailable. We are available to answer the phone 24/7 ensuring we can deal with any issues straight away. If you require us to act as key holder for you, all we charge is £3 per day and £10 per hour for any necessary work. If there are more than 25 houses to be looked after, we may have to review our daily rate. |
All we charge is 9% of the monthly rent as commission – that’s it! This fee includes the inventory and inspections – so there are no unexpected costs! The only other costs are advertising, any safety checks or maintenance works that may need to be carried out at the property or anything else that we pay for on your behalf. |
